He received his Medical Degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta with a residency at the University of California at Davis in Sacramento. He completed a Shoulder & Elbow Surgery Fellowship in 2002 at the University of Washington in Seattle. Dr. Titelman specializes in the treatment of shoulders and elbows.
