3. Jay Minorik, MD

Dr. Minorik, a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon, joined Valley Orthopedic Clinic, which eventually joined forces with OSI, in 2002. He treats patients in Appleton and Shawano. He has a subspecialty in sports medicine and completed a sports medicine fellowship at the American Sports Medicine Institute. He’s an Active Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and a member of the Wisconsin Medical Society and the American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine.
