Dr. Rowan is dual board certified in podiatric medicine, and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, and a Diplomate of the America Board of Food and Ankle Surgery. While Dr. Rowan is highly trained in many aspects of foot and ankle surgery, he uses surgery as a last resort, always first exhausting every effort to correct the problem with conservative treatment.
