Surgeon Bio
A western Pennsylvania native, Dr. Neil Singh completed a fellowship in Hand and Upper Extremity surgery at the Florida Orthopaedic Institute in Tampa, FL. After completing a Master’s of Science in Sports Medicine at UPMC, Dr Singh obtained his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Medicine followed by an orthopaedic surgery residency at Oklahoma State University.
