How We’re Keeping Employees and Visitors Safe

Screening

A screening form must be completed by all employees and regular contractors or guests to Exactech’s Gainesville and Sarasota, FL campuses.

Masks

Disposable masks are available to employees and visitors upon request. 

Remote Work

Employees are encouraged to work from home whenever possible, therefore limiting the number of people on our campus at any given time.

Cleaning Protocols

Our Facilities Team has heightened its cleaning and sterilization protocols to ensure safety for everyone on campus.

Social Distancing

Maximum occupancy signs are posted in all conference and break rooms to encourage six-foot distancing. 

Sanitizing

Hand sanitizing stations have been made available throughout our offices.

Contact Tracing

Should an issue arise, systems are in place for contact tracing if an employee or visitor has been exposed to COVID-19.
