Donna H. Edwards has served as the company’s General Counsel since 2010 and was named Senior Vice President of Legal in January 2020. Donna Edwards joined Exactech in 2001 and has served in various leadership roles, including corporate attorney, interim compliance officer and vice-president of Legal. Previously, Donna served in the company’s Regulatory Affairs group.

Donna H. Edwards received a Bachelor of Science from Duke University and a J.D. from the University of Alabama.
