Surgeon Bio
Dr. Liotta, an orthopedic surgeon with a residency from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and a Sports Medicine Fellowship in Indianapolis, also served in the US Navy. Fluent in Spanish, he’s a respected international speaker and author in orthopedic sports medicine. He contributes to the Aspen Bariloche Medical Exchange, aiding Hospital Ramon Carillo in Argentina. Outside work, Dr. Liotta enjoys telemark skiing in Aspen, surfing in Hawaii, and spending time with his family.
