Surgeon Bio
Dr. Kelly specializes in arthritic, traumatic, and sports injuries to the shoulder, elbow and knee. Dr. Kelly has published several papers and is fellowship trained in arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery of the shoulder and elbow. He has a certificate of added qualifications in sports medicine and has served as a faculty member for the MOSMI Sports Medicine fellowship program since 2009. Dr. Kelly also serves as the lead team physician for the University of St. Thomas athletics.
