Surgeon Bio
Dr. Matthew A. Javernick is a board-certified orthopaedic sports and shoulder surgeon with over two decades of experience, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He graduated from the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences in 2001 and completed his residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Dr. Javernick served in the military from 1997 to 2014, including two tours in Afghanistan as an orthopaedic surgeon and seven years at Evans Army Hospital in Fort Carson,
