Dr. Cocks is a graduate of Kent State University and is board-certified in foot surgery and reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery. Dr. Cocks completed his residency at Ascension Macomb-Oakland Hospital in Warren, MI. During that time, he served as the chief resident. He completed coursework and mini fellowships at the Association of Extremity Nerve Surgeons (AENS) in Ilizarov multi-planar ring fixators and total ankle replacement. He also completed microsurgery coursework at the Mayo Clinic.
