Surgeon Bio
Dr. Joseph Billings, a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon, graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1987. He completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at New York Medical College in 1994. Specializing in knee replacements and sports medicine, Dr. Billings has served as Team Physician for the Orlando Magic and UCF. Inspired by his physician father and college basketball experience, he joined The Orthopaedic Institute, known for his patient-focused care.
