Dr. Ross is the Chief of the Shoulder and Elbow Surgery at New England Baptist Hospital, where he has been an attending orthopaedic surgeon for 22 years. Additionally, he is chief of the Sports Medicine division, and the co-director of the Sports medicine fellowship at NEBH. Dr. Ross is on staff at Boston Outpatient Surgical Suites, and consults at Mount Auburn Hospital. He is both the founder, and director of the New England Shoulder and Elbow Center within Boston Orthopedics & Spine.
